SYLUE – Return and Credit Policy
At SYLUE, we want you to have the best possible experience with our exclusive pieces. If something doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a simple and transparent return policy that grants you store credits for future purchases.
Return Period
You have 30 calendar days after receiving the item to request a return.
Return Conditions
The item must:
- Be in the same condition as received;
- Be unused;
- Include all original tags;
- Be in the original packaging;
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase.
⚠️ Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return
Contact us at support@sylue.com to start the process. If your return is approved, we'll send you a shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your item.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@sylue.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions – Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you're unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to:
- Request a return for the original item;
- Once approved, use your issued credits to purchase the new item.
Right of Withdrawal – European Union
If your order was delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 calendar days of receipt, without providing any reason. The item must meet the conditions listed in section 2 (unused, with tags, and in original packaging). A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Credits
Once we've received and inspected your returned item, we'll notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, store credits equal to your original purchase amount will be issued to your SYLUE account within 10 business days.
- Credits are personal and non-transferable;
- They must be used exclusively in the SYLUE store;
- Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Important: Credits replace cash refunds and may be used fully or partially for future purchases.
